Your ceremony will be held outside with a beautiful background river views.

Depending on the size of your wedding
you may require a tent. We have the following tents available:
30 X 40 tent with walls will
accommodate 72 Guests.
30 X 60 tent with walls will
accommodate 100 Guests
Both tents with walls and will
accommodate 125 guests.
We will need 2 weeks’ notice on the tent package.

Rehearsal Dinner/Friday
Check in at the farmhouse at 3:00 p.m.
Big Day/Saturday (6-hour rental)
Ceremony on the grounds
Cocktail hour on Veranda Deck

Music and reception will end at 10:00 p.m.
CEREMONY
Held on the grounds with arbor, and halfmoon chair set up facing the river.
OSCAR BARN RENTAL INCLUDES:
Use of Oscar Barn with the capacity of 80 guests.
Wedding Reception tables, chairs, white tablecloth, white napkins, dishware, & glassware.
(10) 108 long x 30 wide x 30 high, all natural wood rectangle tables
Round tables available
(1) Handmade wooden sweetheart table 72 long x 36 wide x 30 high
2 big screen TV's as well as state of art audio available.
Build on any package to create a full-service event.
Full weekend Friday – Sunday
Includes the overnight accommodations (up to 16 guests) in the main farmhouse
during the rental dates.
Check in 3:00 p.m. Friday – Check out 1:00 p.m. Sunday
Extended stay: $750.00 each additional night
One day weddings available
Six-hour rental period - no farmhouse accommodations
Renter’s Responsibility
All outsourced or additional service vendors must be coordinated with the
Oscar Barn Wedding Venue Event Director.
A final guest count, food selections, serving times and payment of known charges will be provided to Oscar Barn Wedding Venue no later than 20 days prior to date of event.
We ask that no changes to the guest count or to the menu items after this time.
Based on New Hampshire law, guests are only allowed to consume alcohol in the
privacy of their guest room or designated areas.
Decorations: no rice, birdseed, glitter, confetti, fireworks, or open flame candles are allowed.
Smoking outside in designated areas only.
No pets please.
The Fine Print
All alcoholic beverages are served under Oscar Barn liquor license.
Oscar Barn will gladly offer suggestions or provide preferred vendors as needed.
8.5% tax will be applied to food and beverages.
20% gratuity will be applied to food and beverages.
Please note that a 3% fee will be added to payments if paying by credit card.
Credit card will be kept on file for final charges...3% fee will be waived.
Cancellation Policy
This agreement may be cancelled within two weeks of the contract signing date at no charge.
After this time, deposit is non-refundable. Three months prior to event - 50% refund less $500 cancellation fee. Within 30 days prior to event - 25% refund less $500 cancellation fee.
Covid concerns, you can reschedule to the following year, prices subject to change.
