 Thank you for considering Oscar Barn Venue to host your special event.

Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, Anniversary's, Baby Showers, Corporate Events, Celebrations of Life or just a family & friend's gathering.   We welcome you all!

Monday - Sunday  | $125 per hour |  A Food/Beverage Minimum may be required.

Tables, chairs, white tablecloth, white napkins, plates and utensils, veranda & deck with outdoor furniture are all included. All decorations are the responsibility of the host.

Restrictions

· Venue must approve all decorations 

· No rice, bird seed, glitter, confetti, or open flame candles

· Smoking outside in designated areas only

· Sorry, Pets are not allowed

· Events end at 10:00 pm

Renter’s Responsibility

· All outsourced or additional service vendors must be coordinated with the OBV staff.

· Final guest count & food selections will be provided to OBV 20 days prior to date of event. 

· We ask that no changes to the guest count or to the menu items after this time.

· Based on New Hampshire law, guests are only allowed to consume alcohol in designated areas.

· Decorations are the responsibility of the host and must be approved by OBV in advance.

 The Fine Print

- Alcoholic beverages will be provided by Oscar Barn only under our own liquor license.

- Oscar Barn will gladly offer suggestions or provide preferred vendors as needed.

 - An 8.5% tax will be applied to the total food bill and open bar bill.

- A 20% gratuity will be applied to the total food and open bar bill.
